Q: What age group is Recess Play suitable for?
A: Our facility is designed for children aged 2 to 12 years old, with designated play areas tailored to different age groups.

Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking online to guarantee your preferred time slot, especially on weekends and holidays. As we operate in timeslots, staff may leave if no one arrives within the last hour of closing time.

Q: Are there birthday party packages available?
A: Yes, we offer a variety of birthday party packages that include playtime, food options, and party room access. Please contact us for details and availability.

Q: If I do not book a party room, can I bring my child and their friends to open play to celebrate their birthday?
A: Yes, however no birthday party celebrations are permitted in the open play area. You are welcome to host a group play date, but you can not bring in any party decor, cupcakes/cake or food unless you book a party room.

Q: Is food allowed inside the play areas?
A: Outside food is not permitted in the play zones, but we have a café area where you can purchase snacks and refreshments.

Q: Do I need special socks?
A: Any socks are permitted.

Q: Is parking available on-site?
A: Yes, free parking is available for all our visitors in the lot adjacent to the facility.

Q: Can adults accompany children without playing?
A: Yes, adults can supervise children without participating in the play areas. Comfortable seating is provided throughout the facility.

Q: Do you charge parties for adults?
A: No, but a maximum of 2 adults per child is permitted.
